I really enjoyed this course. Kerry (the facilitator) made sure the group sessions were enjoyable and informative. I enjoyed the time spent with other team leaders and discovering that the hurdles I experience in my workplace are pretty much universal. I was able to identify my HPAs and am making much better use of my time, for the main part, which is of a direct benefit to my organisation.
