The course has taught me to focus on my HPAs, allowing me to delegate activities that were consuming my time where I could have someone to do. This has helped me to progress faster as I was giving tasks in larger scale within the company. I’ve achieved all the goals I’ve set, most of them on time, where I have improved my skills and team’s skills. The unique learning from LMA focused on individuals needs was one of the most enjoyable aspects about the course. The skills and techniques we learned are very valuable and are to be used everyday.
