The most enjoyable aspect of the course would be being able to speak to my team especially the apprentices and being able to talk to them in a way which builds their confidence and empowerment. I have also past on skills to other tradesmen to help other teams which benefits to the whole company. The course has built my confidence and pushed me in ways I didn’t think possible. It has given me greater structure and better habits in life and work.
