For me is was identifying my Win Win goals and the action steps to achieve them, and then achieving them. Some are still ongoing but they are still being worked on, instead of not doing any thing at all. The work shops were informative and the ideas given and shared were beneficial to all. The tools I now have to do my job more productively have been very beneficial to both myself and my company.
