Networking with OAG staff that I would not usually work with, especially from different divisions.|Working in a small team to complete our Change Project – a good development opportunity, and again, a means to network with other staff and learn about each other’s strengths and skills.|Enjoyed Suzy Roche’s personal experience and anecdotes to describe sections of the LMA course – always good to use real life examples.
