I enjoyed the confidence of being able to relate the course content directly to my work environment. The content did not discriminate between, or favour, different business disciplines but instead provided excellent and relevant content for all business types. Ultimately, business is primarily humans interacting for the benefit of society and its customers and the course content and structure address clearly the aspects of business that so often fall over and prevent success.|The clear measure of success for me is the feedback from team members and their response to my leadership. We have also successfully implemented my course project with great response from the staff. We will need 6-12months of data to reviews quality and sales benefits but the expectations are positive.
