The course has allowed me to review the 30+ years within the transport industry the good things I have learnt and recognise the things I need to change to be a successful Manager.|Communication style was particulary relevant given that over the years dealing with people has changed and in my opinion not always for the better. Nevertheless it has changed so now I must and I must recognise the different styles try to change my approach and derive the benefit of doing so. |Creating a strong sales team , a team that sets goals, expects to be number one, think positively,and enjoy the results of their hard work is my goal now. Once i get my team dynamics right i hope to do further training in Sales Management.
