I feel I have gained a greater udnerstanding of what my HPA’s are and how I should manage my time. I feel I am better organised and have gained confidence within myself during this course. I am better equiped for meetings and try to actively listern to my collegues and peers.I am focused on remaining positive to all aspects of my role even if I disagree with the outcome.|Overall the course is fantastic and I feel you will get back what you have put into it .
