Most enjoyable aspects of the course were:|The relevance of the content relating to what we do in our everyday roles|Listening to feedback from other attendees and being able to relate to the common issues that they have|Successes were being able to identify with the tools that were provided and implementing them to help identify HPA’s and define weekly focus goals which resulted in better productivity and prioritising of goals. ||Although I haven’t finished accomplishing 100% of my win win goals yet, attending the LMA Performance Edge course has helped me with other goals & objectives in my role over the past two months, helping me to prioritise and identifying measurables which resulted in preparing a document to present to upper management on my department. As one of my win win goals I was to be more assertive with my team, using the tools from LMA I have felt more comfortable in the steps to acheiving this goal.
