i believe that the success of a business depends on its people. Therefore i always try and engage and challenge our team members to participate and instill a positive attitude in our team. LMA has helped me in this regard to deal with people in a way that i may not have know otherwise. an example of this is through my learnings with initiating change in the workplace and being able to identify the different ways people react to change and how to deal with them. through a strong and trusting team results will inevitably follow, we are sometimes more focused on the numbers we need to achieve and forget about the people that we need to achieve them.
