The course it self was a success, There was a lot of modules that will help to improve myself as a Manager. The best thing that I took out of the course was thinking above the line. Always being positive and thinking of the solution not the problems. Team building, Motivation, Feedback. People are our greatest assets. Continuous improvement, Change and my approach to Management now. I was not really keen at first but after completing and using all that I have learnt this has been a very helpful and is an experie4nce that I am not going to forget. I recommend to others.
