I accomplished 4 out of my 5 goals, it has really helped me in smartgoal setting andeffective delegation. Basically our whole management team is going through the course which is great as we will all be train using the same method and terminology. Blocking out the tme that i spent in the workshops is good, I have continued it and i am currently using it to do an online accounting course.
