For me the most enjoyable aspects were the discussions and ideas that were brought up in the workshops. To be honest, I was surprised by how much course works there was. It certainly puts you under pressure to keep up with your business goals, course work and everything else happening in your life. But the challenge creates the motivation to complete everything and the fun comes from trying to implement small things and searching out for slight edges within the workplace. They may be small but they can have a huge impact to the environment with which you work in.
