THE LMA course reaffirmed many of the techniques that one uses on a day to day basis in leading a team and also forced you to challenge yourself by recognising areas of improvement as a leader, encouraging you to step outside of your comfort zone. I enjoyed the lively team discussions that took place each month and also being exposed to the different team styles across so many departments and organisations.
