I found that the course did not necessarily provide new information, but gave me the tools and definitions to be able to focus my efforts and knowledge in a more efficient and effective manner. It gave me a foothold in developing my team, descriptors to assist me in creating a better work atmosphere, and shifted my attentions to areas that I now feel were a greater importance than other areas previously.||I feel the true culmination of the course was my 2 week holiday recently, where I left the team to work through the two weeks of absence with little oversight from myself. Whether it was intrinsic skills or abilities, my stewardship, or a combination of both, the feedback and efforts were outstanding. I do feel that LMA gave me the methods to put my knowledge into effective use.
