This course was amazing it has really opened up my way of thinking,ive hit 2 of my win win goals ,having up to date contracts done and a up to date health and safety program running. Even in my personal life my everyday goals don’t seem such a big task anymore and I now have more time for my family. Tracey has made me want to strive higher now and things that I thought where dreams are now further goals. I have daily systems in place with time allocation tom each ,and I always know what my next task is.If I can delegate the task then I delegate it to the person that I think has the wright amount of skill to take the challenge on.
