I always struggled in delegating- as in the department I use to be a property manager and got promoted into management. This meant I was then in charge of people that I use to be. I always use to feel bad getting them to do my work. With this course it has taught me that delegation is a part of management that needs to be done to ensure that I focus on my HPA’S. It was also a great achievement and I was very proud of my workplace project of finishing a department manual for my team. The hole team has started using it and are finding it to be a great source of information for them.
