I went into the course thinking this is another course and all I needed to do was attend and complete assignments. Well I was surprised. The approach was different. The course made me get out of the familiar and stretch. It stimulated the creative, focus energies and provided the tools to record asses and monitor progress.|I have been challenge, stimulated, developed and look forward to applying the changes to our department to ensure we are continually improving.
