The course presented a great deal of content about the sales process, sales strategy and offered many practical tools that were of great assistance in developing the sales edge. There was a lot of content which required a good deal of self motivation and initiative when it came to setting goals and applying key principles. I found that when i actively applied the concepts in however large or small a capacity there was notable change. |A big thing was the mindset change, that was a gradual process of consciously reminding myself to act and think a certain way. Time management bad habits were addressed as well as negative mentality with regards to stalls and rejections and understanding how to shape my sales pitch to cater for the various states, personalities and buying motivations of each customer. |Ross was definitely a key factor in making the course relevant, his wealth of experience and his dedication to the content – living what he was teaching really added value to the course. His interesting stories and his candid humor ensured that I was never bored.
