Having been placed within a role that had never exisited within the company before I was faced with many different challenges. With the assistance of the course I was able to identify what my HPA’s were and better oragnise my day to focus on these. by streamlining our tenders/sales process I was able to grow the sales within our channel up to $6.3M worth of revenue, with gross margin value of $131K to the business over a nine month period. It also reminded me about some of the important things in life such as health and wellbeing.
