The results due to my completion of this course will have long term benefits to my team and the business that I am involved in.|I am working with my team using the tools provided during the course such as the HPA’s time management tools and delegation tools so that they can take better count of there own time and performance. We are reintroducing PD reviews with an aim to advance staff and provide opportunity’s for future training and development. ||I achieve quite a few personal goals and some key business goals. I have reset my HPA’s twice through the course and have gained invaluable knowledge and skills from the course and my Manager mentor which I intend to pass on to my teams through my working life.
