The most enjoyable aspect of the course for me were:|The workshops, and sharing ideas with other participants. |Due to the changes I have made I am receiving positive feedback from employees. ||Through effective delegation I have saved in excess of 5% of my time.|I have identified additional tasks, which will save a further 5%, when the appropriate training has been completed.||I achieved the independent safety audit in the workplace and the appointment of 4 employees into new positions and or roles.|I have increased the planted area of the vineyard by 10ha (25%) to include the plantings of new cultivars.
