I absolutely loved the way Ross handled the whole course. He managed and facilitated the sessions really well and he also has contributed a lot of wonderful insights from his own personal and work experience as well as very interesting points from politics, history, economics, culture and of course, his car! I have accomplished (or nearing accomplishment) all the goals I have set. These goals have very significant impacts to the organisation. I may not be able to quantify in financial terms the results I gained from this course but I strongly believe I’m a better leader after the end of this course.
