I had a lot of concepts that I knew of already, but the key part of this course for me was bringing them to the forefront of my mind and teaching me how to apply these concepts and how each piece fitted into being able to Lead and Manage effectively. |It sounds simple, but the way the course was structured, with practical applications and re-iterations of the need to plan, communicate, organise and develop my people really made all the learnings “click” for me.
