I thoroughly enjoyed working with such an open, friendly and accepting group of people and hearing and learning from their workplace experiences.||As a result of this course, I have learnt to effectively delegate, let go of the detail in order to make better decisions and empower my team, identified with my team change projects and empowered them to take these on as their own business improvement projects, the importance of developing my people and encouraging a learning environment, and also spending time on my high pay-off activities.
