My secondment to Shift Supervisor became permanent due to my participation in the course.|Being able to listen to others experiences and how they handled them was always interesting.|With the assistance of fellow shift supervisors we gained an extra 36 hrs of available time each month due to the raising of our adherence KPI.|We also achieved a reduction in rest break time and time spent on the tow desk equating to approximately 25 hrs a week.|The project undertaken was to overhaul a current system that wont be supported much longer. When this new system is up and running it will save time and enhance our client experience.
