I enjoyed the evidence based learning style of the course. There is no way I would have learned as much as I have if the course was online or in a short time frame. The biggest accomplishment I have achieved is believing in myself. I feel like Luke from the Empire Strikes Back when Yoda pulls his ship out of the bog – and Luke states he doesn’t believe it… Yoda says “that’s why you fail”. I feel like I’ve been proving my abilities to myself all year but I still didn’t believe it. It wasn’t until I realised my fear of presenting my project to the Board wasn’t a fear of speaking – it’s a fear of people judging my worth. But I am worth it, and I’ve proved it to myself time and time this year. This course has spent nine months teaching me to recognise my abilities and skills and taught me how to refine them. I loved it!
