Course project was an accomplishment. Even though at this time Whyalla has not been allowed to process TSH on site, our Pt Lincoln friends have. We proved the test does work and is feasible, just ‘politics’ have stopped us at the final turn.||Gave my first of several presentations to nursing staff which builds a working relationship between us and them and furthers their education.||Much more confident in talking to staff when issues arise. I know now to tackle in issue early on before it snowballs. Give staff much more positive feedback too.||The ‘above the line attitude’ and ‘focus on HPA activites’ were very helpful. Reminds me to stay positive and identified that i was still, doing tasks that i should have delegated after becoming manager.
