I personally found the course very engaging. Having the ability to be involved with liked personnel/peers from other organisation and business sectors allowed for increased knowledge and networking opportunities for the future|I gained valueable insight to not only my management style but personal attributes. Areas where I thought my strengths were very prominate became secondary to the skills that needed development to improve the support, guidance and leadership that I provide to my team|One area that I was able to significantly improve was effective delegation. As a hands on, can do personality, I realised throught the course of the diploma development that this was one area where I could gain measureable benefit
