Overall the course has covered a lot of information, some easily adaptable, with others a little more challenging or a work in progress. Positive thinking, confidence and planning goes a long way and the course has highlighted this. Asking for an order was something I shied away from as I didn’t want to be seen as the pushy sales person, now its a regular part of what I do, surprisingly with positive responses from my customers.
