I enjoyed the workshop discussions with the facilitator and other participants. Reporting back to the group on my achievements along the course was satisfying. I completed more focus and Win Win goals than I thought I could in the time frame of the course. I feel I have a good understanding of the concepts and methods being taught as a result of repeatedly reading and listening to the course material, completing assignments and applying my learning at work.||Some of my achievements include:|Arranging approval for my attendance to a work conference held in the Blue Mountains that was run by a very well respected industry Association.|Building relationships with another team in the business whose research supports our projects and achieving this by arranging interesting field trips to view, understand and support each others work.|Registering, training for and completing the 100km Oxfam Trailwalker event during the course.
