I enjoyed the course immensely. I was a bit swamped in the first session, information overload. |Once my mentor re-explained how use FBOL things got better. |I have gained confidence from applying these concepts and ideas.|The setting of smart goals, important/imperative lists, effective delegation for empowerment and freeing up time to focus on HPA’s has helped me a great deal in my new role. I am now achieving my work commitments on time and with less stress. |Having a mentor to bounce ideas off and provide guidance, provided encouragement and a reassurance that I was on track and achieving the desired outcomes.
