I found that the course provided some useful formal frameworks to guide my leadership and work and team planning activities. Many of my team management and project planning activities benefited from the application of various tools and templates introduced in the course. I found the tools of particular use as I was relatively new to my leadership role and could test the concepts and theory in a practical setting in the project planning and review work with my team.
