The LMA course has given me confidence to be a better leader. The course work was a valuable part of developing tools for improving my team and workplace however it was the interactions with my class peers and facilitator that really help me solidify my positive changes. The people in my class were able to offer intuitive and advice to challenges i posed which enabled me to see the problems from new perspectives. Thanks to LMA my team have seen me grow from a micro manager to a leader who delegates and embowers his staff to succeed.
