This course has given me back my appreciation for my work. It has taught me how to allocate and manage my time effectively. This has allowed me to attend to matters which I initially consider as disruptions from my normal work pace and load. In many ways, the new methods I have employed in my work has effectively helped improve my relationships from within and outside of the organisation. It has given me the confidence to communicate not only among my peers but to my superiors, and to see it as an acknowledgement that there are factors that operate beyond my control that only they can address, and that this is not a sign of weakness on my part.
