A great number of achievement were obtained by doing the LMA course and others that I did not expect.||Goal setting and measuring your success|Empowerment of my team was the most stand out outcome that I was not expecting|An added cost saving measure I did not identify on Q11 of the post course evaluation was that we lost an employee just after starting the course. Staff member put into action the LMA plan our productivity increased to a stage that we do not have to employ another staff member to replace Joel. This adds another $90,000 in wages and associated expenses annually.|I am able to take my 3 month holiday knowing my stall and additional professionals will look after my Business.||Thank you.
