This was the first “leadership / management” course that I have attended, prior to that all my background experience had been accumulated through “trial and error” throughout my career to date.||The enjoyable aspects of the course for me were new understandings that I have developed around a number of new approaches / tools / resources that I can implement in my work-place, leading to more effective outcomes for both my staff and myself.||My main goal was to develop better time-management and delegation skills, so that I could “free up” time to undertake the activities at work that I should be doing, in order to ensure my existing client’s are well looked after and I can continue to expand my client-base to assist with growing and building the firm.
