one of my main achievements when i started this course is the reduction in my level of stress at work and being able to go home at ordinary hours. this was achieved through proper delegation and training to staff member who was available to take on new roles.|as much as i had a lot of outside work on at the same time in conjunction with the course, it was very challenging to find the time to complete the assignments and weekends were the best time to achieve this. |interacting with the colleagues in class and generally just being there and taking it all in was quite enjoyable and it also proves that to miss a class means you miss a lot. |As time slowly freed up for me, i was able to start implementing all necessary documentations and procedures i personally found the GAPS in the business and in operations department. A lot of these have been achieved and exercised however there are still on going implementations that are on my list to do.
