* One of the most enjoyable aspects of the course for me was hearing the achievements of other course participants. I found this both encouraging and motivating, regardless of the size of their achievement.|* I was able to identify that through improved focus on my HPAs and better handling of interruptions, my improved efficiency and effectiveness delivers productivity gains to the business worth ~$75k p.a.|* One of the key goals I accomplished was the successful implementation of our Email Migration Project. After many months of limited progress, renewed focused at the commencement of this course saw planning, preparations and implementation completed within 9 business days.
