The course taught me about the importance of goal setting. Prior to this course I believed that goals were simply set at new years and never achieved. Setting SMART goals has helped me to achieve things that I didn’t believe were possible. |I also really enjoyed the learning style and how much everything related back to my workplace environment. It has also given me the confidence that I have been looking for when delivering sales presentations. Prior to the course I would get very nervous speaking in front of even a small amount of people. I now feel confident talking in front of much larger groups and whilst I still feel nerves, I know how to control it. |As the course is coming to an end I can say with confidence that I have learnt more than what I thought I ever would.|Thank you
