There are so many aspects of the course which I enjoyed including the support of the facilitator and the other participants. I have gained so much practical knowledge in regards to working in a team, the difficulties that can arise and how to deal with them. The process of identifying my HPA’s has had a huge impact on my work and me personally. I didn’t realise how much other “stuff” I was doing and how many essential tasks I was neglecting to do, because I was bogged down with work that really needed to be delegated down. I have completed the process of delegating this work and I am now concetrating on my HPA’s.
