Since starting the course it has shown me what was right in front of me but know has provided me with the tools and better understanding who to deal with people and situation. The biggest thing that was high lighted that I was already a where of is time is money. With what I have learnt and the course has high lighted is the fact that it is just as important not to waste time as it is to produce a service, poor time management is costly and the company can make money by concentrating on being productive with the time we have.
