There were several key tools/ideas I took away from the LMA Course. Being able to set and achieve win/win goals, feedback logs for my team members, the slight edge concept, delegation and the ” tell me about it ” concept for communication.|During the couse Im pleased to say that I am well on my way to achieving my Team Building Goal, I have achieved my NATA lab goal, I hve developed and maintained a to do list, I have delegated my Project Quality Assurance tasks and Im pleased to say that I no longer work Sundays! Im am graetful that I had the opportunity to participate and complete this course.
