This course came at the perfect time with all of the changes in the Disability Industry (NDIS and NDIA). I thoroughly enjoyed the course and gained needed skills to assist me in my role. Jennifer was fantastic and a great support. It was perfect that she also had previously worked in the field and could relate the course to our work. I also enjoyed that assignments, goals and work place project were focused on my job. I also really liked the modules being on CD as I do a lot of travel and this was a great use of my time.
