One of the take home statements that Jennifer made was that ‘just because you are a manager doesn’t mean that everyone will like you’. That really boosted my confidence in myself as I had been struggling with that element.|LMA has been good in the sense that it gave a group of us time to discuss significant issues that we all face, and that they seemed to be common issues at a middle level management.|The accomplishments include setting up a client contact database, teaching managers how to provide customer service, setting up a skills database, and creating a learning environment.
