I feel LMA has given me long life tools to help me achieve what every it is I desirer. |It has shown me the importance of knowing your High Pay Off activities and where you spend your time, how to delegate and use your time more effectively, the benefits of setting goals, team work and feedback.|I have really enjoyed the networking with my peers and the new relationships that have been formed.|I have successfully completed 4 of my 5 win win goals and put steps in place to complete my 5th goal on completion of this course. |During this course I have completed my first project as a the Project manager. I also have a further 2 on their way to the finish line. Project Management has had its challenges but the experience, knowledge and skills I have gain from this we stay with me forever.
