I really enjoyed the workshop environment. It was good to hear about everyone’s positions and how the tools and techniques were helping them in their roles. I’ve been able to use a lot of the information provided in this course. And will keep the folder on my desk to easy access well after the course has finished. I’ve achieved a few of my win/win goals including training my team thoroughly in the procurement and legal templates that they’re required to use on a daily basis; I have more confidence in my ability and in my new role; I have learnt valuable conflict resolution skills which I’ve used recently which also goes hand in hand with getting more confidence. |My time management skills have increased and although I don’t get the chance to focus on my HPAs quite as much as I’d like due to my team being small, I still work on them each week to a varying degree.
