The support provided through the use of the communication triangle and the interaction with the other participants through the facilitated workshops was integral to the changes in my attitudes and behaviours since embarking on this course. Other courses I had previously undertaken had provided a lot of tools and teachings without the follow-up provided through the LMA process.||Through the course I have was able to recognise that I already had a lot of the skills and abilities required to be a good leader and, through this understanding, I have been able to confidently step into leadership roles I otherwise would not have even realised were there.
