I really enjoyed the workshop interaction and learning. From doing this course i have become a better team focused manager. I no longer have issues with delegation and taking on to much. The performance of my team has dramatically improved, our productivity has increased 17% and we are currently striving to better that percentage. I have completed several goals, the most rewarding being Implementing a escalation process for It team. The escalation processes assists in increasing productivity. I have also implemented a generic job sheet the assist the recording of jobs taken over the phone or in person. I have also created with senior management some KPI’s for individual and team performance.
