I have taken away and learnt alot through the course.I have learnt alot about myself. This has helped me communicate better within my Hort Team. I have found staff to be more open and honest and they feel comfortable approaching me about issues that arise?It was great meeting people from other sites and learning what they do within the organisation.The drive to and from sites was good. Angela is a great driver.Thanks Ang. It is a great course. I think most staff would benefit from doing this.Great idea to set goals and achieve them.
